Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere; outside, in our spacious dehors, you can enjoy a carefree, relaxed setting.

The Taste of an Idea
Bistrôt is an idea — and so much more. It is the idea of a place where you can feel welcome, in a familiar atmosphere, at any time of day. A place to enjoy a coffee or taste wines from all over the world.
You can take a break from the office, or stop for lunch and enjoy a warm dish. At the end of the day, you can raise a glass over an aperitif with small bites, stay for an evening with a DJ, or join us for a themed dinner.
It is also a venue that can be reserved for private events or celebrations.
But above all, it is a place to experience: a place with a soul, a place where you can sense a vision. Just like the stories of the people featured in our Bistrôt magazine.
Good and Gluten-Free
Our personal story has made us especially attentive to food intolerances. That’s why all our products are 100% gluten-free, suitable for a coeliac diet and prepared with the utmost care to avoid any gluten cross-contamination. Safe, delicious and well-balanced recipes, designed for those with specific dietary needs yet able to win everyone over. For those with a sweet tooth, we also offer homemade desserts and ice cream.

Every last Sunday of the month, Bistrôt opens its doors to a special moment: our brunch.
An opportunity to slow down, come together and enjoy something good in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With sweet and savoury recipes, gluten-free options, genuine flavours and a glass to share, brunch becomes the perfect way to enjoy Sunday with ease.
Whether with family, among friends, or simply to treat yourself to a different kind of break, we look forward to welcoming you at Bistrôt to start — or continue — the day with just the right taste.
Around the World in Wine
Bistrôt is also home to the WORLD WIDE WINE wine shop, featuring a selection of wines not only from Switzerland, Italy, France and across Europe, but also from Australia, South Africa, Chile, Argentina and many other emerging wine-producing countries.

We are in the heart of Grono, in the Mesolcina Valley, in the Canton of Graubünden — just fifteen minutes from Bellinzona.
